Teaming up with Angelus, this is our fifth MdS edition, and a special take on the wonderful Chronographe Télémètre by Angelus, a watch built upon an iconic monopusher chronograph movement's architecture. With an elegantly shaped and beautifully finished case to start, the MONOCHROME Montre de Souscription 5 Chronographe Tachymètre features a striking 2N yellow gold dial with a grained texture, rekindling the golden age of chronographs. We've opted for a tachymeter scale instead of a telemeter to align with our love for cars and motorsports. Turning the watch over reveals an impeccably finished calibre A5000 monopoussoir chronograph movement, based upon the architecture first developed by F.P. Journe, Denis Flageollet and Vianney Halter and used by Cartier back in 1999. This movement now finds its way into our MdS5, and we couldn't be more excited about this one! A maximum of 20 will be made, and each one will be individually numbered and offered through our Montre de Souscription program. The subscription will be open for two weeks, starting on January 29th at 3PM CET. The price is set at EUR 18,500 excl. VAT, with a down payment of EUR 5,000 requested upon registering for the MONOCHROME Montre de Souscription Seconde Morte.
