Today we’re reviewing the Rolex Air-King ref. 126900, that was released in 2022. This is the new 40mm variant with the crown guards and slab like super case. It’s been a slightly controversial watch since its initial release with the ref. 116900 in 2016, due to its unique dial layout and color combinations. The Air-King has always been traditionally a 34mm pilots watch, but this iteration here has a substantially increased case size, and the dial has been revamped to match the Bloodhound LSR land vehicle speed gauge cluster.
